WSBF is bringin’ da punk back to Clemson this Friday, December 6th with an all-star lineup of bands from across the region. Headlining the show is Rubrics, a three-piece DIY punk band from Greenville, SC and Late Bloomer, a band from Charlotte, NC with roots in garage rock. Plus there’s Pachangacha from Entfield, Connecticut, and Clemson’s own The Quick Wizard and the hardcore-supergroup, The Raccoon City Police Dept.
ALSO WSBF will be hosting our first ever Spelling Bee during the show! Show up early to sign up for the bee – and there will be prizes!
The show will take place at Friar’s Tavern in Downtown Clemson and, as always, is totally FREE. Doors at 9pm, and music starts at 10pm.
Take a load off before finals and come hang out with the only true Alternative radio station in the upstate!

Looking ahead, we’ve also started fundraising for SPRINGFEST VI! Springfest is a music and arts festival featuring local and regional music as well as vendors and artists. WSBF has hosted Springfest every April for 5 years now, and we hope to make Springfest VI just as awesome, if not better! Now that it’s chilly out, we’ve started selling hot grilled cheese and tomato soup on some Friday and Saturday nights in downtown Clemson. If you’re downtown and in need of a late night snack, be on the lookout for WSBF’s grilled cheese and soup stand; help raise money for Springfest and satiate that hot cheese craving.
